To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return of used items will be rejected and the refund will not be processed. Returns are accepted when made within 14 days from delivery date. Send a message via the contact page if you need to return your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the item was damaged or lost during shipment we will offer a replacement shipment or offer a refund up to the value of the goods provided the responsibility for damage or missing package lies with the delivery company.
If the item is damaged please send a photo of the damaged packaged and item.
For lost items please contact me after 15 business days after expected due delivery date and I will forward the enquiry to the postal company for investigation.
